HULL City are prepared to sign Michael Owen - at the right price.

The former England striker’s £105,000 a week deal at relegated Newcastle expires at the end of this month.

And Owen’s representatives have been touting the 29-year-old’s services around football via a glossy 32-page brochure.

According to national reports, the Tigers have offered Owen a lucrative one-year contract, with the option of another 12 months, if he plays at least 15 games next season.

Chairman Paul Duffen told the News of the World: “We’re interested in Michael Owen on the right terms.

“If the right deal can be done then we would definitely be keen to sign him.”
