Stuart Downing has handed in a transfer request after Middlesbrough was relegated from the Premier League, Gareth Southgate has made it clear that Middlesbrough will be listening to any offers put forward for Downing.
Downing is expected to be worth around £10-16m but it could be a lot less due to the poor season he had.
Middlesbrough keeper Ross Turnbull has also requested a transfer request.
